02
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company or brand, email address, reason for the enquiry and your message. That's it. No accounts, no profiling, and we never buy or cross-reference your data against any other source.
Our hosting provider logs technical connection data — including IP address — for a short period, for the sole purpose of keeping the site secure and available. That is a security log, not a tracking system.
03
To reply to you and assess a possible commercial relationship. Nothing else. We don't send newsletters unless you explicitly ask, and we don't share or sell your data to third parties.
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request — GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b).
04
This site uses no cookies. No advertising pixels, no third-party tracking tools.
We do measure how many visits the site gets and which sections are read, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is a cookieless measurement with no identifiers: it builds no profile of you, does not follow you to other sites and cannot recognise you on a later visit. It produces aggregate figures only — page views, country, device type, referring link — which we use to know whether what we publish is working.
The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference — Spanish or English — so we don't have to ask again. It is a preference you set yourself, it stays on your device and it never travels to any server. That is why this site doesn't need to show you a consent banner.

These providers take part in running this site, each with a narrow role:
The emails you send us are received and kept in Google Workspace.
06
We keep your message for as long as the conversation lasts and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the periods applicable law requires. If nothing comes of it, we delete it. And if you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
07
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, port it elsewhere, or object to our processing it. Write through the form and we'll handle it.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom and believe we haven't handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
08
If something material changes — a new tool, a different use of data — we update this page and the date at the top. We don't make silent changes.
